Hannes & Fritz
The German-Swiss design duo Johannes Breuer and Fritz Gräber, began their journey as friends after meeting at ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland. Their friendship then turned into a successful partnership after spontaneously designing a bench at a dinner party, the rest is history. Both designers bring their unique skillsets to the collaboration with Hannes favouring a more linear approach while Fritz favours a more dynamic, expressive design language.
Having designed for a number of international furniture companies, Hannes & Fritz often start their design process by exploring archetypal forms that already exist, before defining them in a more contemporary way.
