
Eero Saarinen
Eero Saarinen was a Finnish architect and industrial designer, born in 1910. He studied sculpture at the Academie de la Grande Chaumiere in Paris and completed his education in 1934 at the Yale School of Architecture. Saarinen enjoyed a long association with Knoll Studio designing many iconic pieces including the Womb Chair & Ottoman in 1948 and the critically acclaimed Tulip Chair and Tulip Table.
