Giving new life to waste materials, the Mater Earth Stool With Backrest is a refined counter stool with an organic charm. Using innovative production processes, Mater combines coffee waste with upcycled plastic to create a unique finish for the seat and backrest.

Description
Designed by Eva Harlou, the Mater Earth Counter Stool With Backrest is crafted from a combination of upcycled plastic and coffee waste. Supported by a powder-coated metal frame, the seat and backrest see coffee waste materials blended with a unique compound suitable for press moulding, a technique developed in collaboration with the Danish Technological Institute. Pairing soft curves with a clean silhouette, the Earth Stool complements a range of interiors with a classic Scandinavian look. This counter-height stool is practical and durable, making it suitable for both commercial and home environments.
