Giving new life to waste materials, the Mater Bowl Table Waste Edition is a practical side table with an organic charm. Using innovative technology, Mater combines fibre-based waste materials with upcycled plastic to create a unique tabletop finish.

Coffee Waste Black and Light : Coffee shell waste from BKI’s coffee roasting process mixed with upcycled industrial plastic waste from GROHE.
Wood Waste Grey : Saw dust waste mixed with upcycled industrial plastic waste from GROHE and recycled fibreglass
Legs : 20% upcycled steel, black powder coated finish

Description
The Mater Bowl Table Waste Edition takes discarded materials and turns them into something beautiful. Upcycled plastic waste is combined with either coffee shells or wood fibres to create three distinct tabletop finishes. Featuring a delicate silhouette, the table's high-edge bowl top is perfect for displaying decorative objects and storing your everyday essentials. Ideally utilised in a living room or bedroom where the design brings timeless, sustainable style to your space.
Mater's Waste Series is driven by the Danish company's circular-economic approach to production. Created using their patented Mater Circular Materials (MCM), the designs use upcycled fibrous waste material (coffee, industrial plastic, etc) into a unique composite material that can be press-moulded to create new furniture. The Bowl Table Waste Edition is designed for disassembly, meaning that the design allows each component in its purest form to upcycle into new production circles.
