Description
The HAY Bernard Lounge Chair, designed by Shane Schneck, is a modern interpretation of an affordable lounge chair with a classic appeal - which will last for generations. A solid wooden frame is contrasted with a visually lightweight cover, creating a unique relationship between the two materials. The result is a durable yet comfortable lounge chair with a distinctive design language. The frame is crafted in solid Water-based Lacquered Oak or painted/ stained beech with different finishes and completed with a leather slip cover.
Leather Note : Black and Brandy are Semi-aniline leather. Natural is Aniline leather. The colour ’nature’ changes its patina over time, starting from a light tan before turning a pale pink, and finally becoming a light brown tan. The colours 'brandy' and 'black' are slightly pigmented, and develop patinas and become slightly lighter over time.
