Description
A truly memorable piece of design, the Forum Sofa is a classic from the archives of Robin Day. 2024 sees the Robin Day piece mark its 60th anniversary, and this reissued edition from Case Furniture serves as the perfect celebration of the esteemed British designer's oeuvre. Characterised by its rich wooden frame and elegant upholstery, the Forum remains as striking today as it did upon its introduction six decades ago.
This armchair version is available in a number of finishes, that span both leather and bouclé fabric upholstery options, alongside a choice of walnut and oak wood frames, and features a number of simple details that stand as a reminder of Day's genius. Produced in partnership with the Robin and Lucienne Day Foundation, the Forum features meticulously crafted jointing in the woodwork and chrome-plated legs that sign off the note-perfect aesthetic.
